IBSO support manager
with a reputable international bank, growing its operations in Russia
Responsibilities:
Daily Local Systems support and maintenance;
MidlWare systems support and maintenance;
System problem investigation and escalation;
Follow up problem resolution and status;
Consult business users on the systems features and usage;
Explore new IBSO functionality;
Set up systems parameter upon business units request (Finance, Products, Operations);
Test systems parameters, developed amendments and functions;
Prepare various types of documents (Functional specifications, change request, etc);
Communicate to local business units.
Skills:
IBSO experience more than 3 years;
Strong technical and analitycal skills;
Corporate and Retail banking products knowledge;
Communication skills;
Accuracy and discipline.
